CEO and Co-Founder of Centriq
James Sheppard is CEO and co-founder of Centriq where he’s on a mission to simplify the life of homeowners. He is a two-time entrepreneur who has brought ideas to life in both the physical and digital worlds. In building Centriq, James is drawing from his experience in commercial real estate development, building large mixed-use projects in Vancouver, Canada, as well as in the infrastructure asset management business where he helped large utilities and cities optimize the performance of their physical investments. With Centriq, he’s making those best practices accessible for residential property owners.
Prior to starting Centriq, James was VP of Strategy and Innovation at Salesforce, where he built a team that helped some of the best-known brands re-design their customer engagement strategy. He currently serves as an advisor to numerous startups and, when not thinking about business, he can likely be found rolling around on the ground with his two young kids.
