Their underwriters are well versed in local markets and they fund loans in-house, maintaining complete control to ensure fast turn-times and a smooth loan process.
Formerly, as the Sales Production Manager for Provident Loans, he closed almost 2500 loans for $350,000 himself, and he has supervised about $1.5 billion in closing their loans.
Cary started in the business in 1985 when he worked at Coldwell Financial. He later went to work for AccuBank Mortgage, where he was promoted to the position of Branch Manager. Cary has been with Provident as their Production Manager since August of 2009.
