Andy Teasley is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 40 years of experience in building and managing small to medium-sized businesses. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong passion for real estate investing as a proven path to long-term wealth creation.
Raised by a teacher and a CPA, Andy has always embraced the philosophy of paying forward the knowledge he has gained. As a self-proclaimed “seminar junkie,” he has attended numerous real estate training sessions, beginning with his first seminar in 1980 with Lone Young Grey. Using his extensive experience, he now mentors new investors and encourages them to seek local REIA groups instead of expensive “guru” programs.
Andy has navigated various real estate cycles, adapting his investment strategies accordingly. At the peak of a past market boom, he held ownership in over 50 rental properties as a buy-and-hold investor. He has also successfully flipped dozens of mobile homes, creating discounted notes in the process. Currently, his primary focus is on developing single-space mobile home parks, an innovative approach to affordable housing and passive income generation.
In addition to investing, Andy is dedicated to financial education. He publishes a free weekly newsletter, “The Weekly What If?”, which features calculator practice problems and vetted educational opportunities for investors. He also occasionally teaches classes on operating the HP10bii financial calculator and flipping mobile homes, helping others master essential investment and financial analysis skills.
A California native, Andy resides near Palm Springs, where he continues to invest, educate, and support the real estate community.
