Are you a real estate investor, principal, developer, or someone who is interested in networking with others who are involved in real estate opportunities? Are you new to the real estate scene and have questions? Would you like to meet and share knowledge with fellow real estate investors in the Pasadena/San Gabriel Valley area?
FIBI (For Investors By Investors) is a group of professional real estate investors providing high quality real estate and business education with NO SELLING, pitch sessions or commercial affiliations. Rather, we facilitate round-table discussions amongst peers in a participatory, small group setting to help people develop the resources they need, get their questions answered and have their deals expertly analyzed.
Our objective is to match passive investors with capital, active investors with experience and new investors with a team while having an open discussion on various real estate topics. From residential real estate, deal analysis, market evaluation and creative financing to commercial properties, contracts, overall economic factors and lending, we try to get everyone’s questions answered and point them in the right direction.
Whether new or seasoned, an active or a passive investor — ALL are welcome!
