When you first got to know Bruce he came with the great news that the California Comeback was going to lift your spirits and see home prices double.  He was off a little cause home prices tripled, nobody was mad about that.  The next time your heard from Bruce came in a time of euphoria, a time where real estate couldn’t miss.  He said the California Crash was on it’s way.  This time many wrote him off but the ones that didn’t missed the Great Recession and changed the trajectory of their careers and frankly, the legacy of their families.

The next few years Bruce continued to keep you one step ahead.  Whether it was a Category 5 coming or just The Tip of the Iceberg.  Finally in 2012 it was time to go All In or Fold.  All in it was the California Comeback 2 was in full effect for real estate investors until a rocky 2015 where Bruce told you to Proceed with Caution.

Contemplating retiring and that he was out of the forecasting game Bruce decided to give you a long range projection.  He saw 2% Mortgages, 40 Trillion in Debt and Other Surprise Endings.  Nailed the rates and looks like we our on our way to 40 trillion too.  But was California Real Estate: On Borrowed Time?  Would 2020 bring us Turmoil?  Boy did it ever.

After one of the craziest 2 year periods our country has ever gone through we were in Uncharted Territory.  On paper the math formula was there, all signs pointed to another market crash…that never came.  So Bruce asked himself What’s Next?  A Lost Decade or 1 % Interest Rates.
