Non judicial foreclosures make up almost all of the foreclosures done in West Virginia.

Deficiency: Not too many lenders pursue deficiency judgments. When they do the foreclosure is delayed until the deficiency judgment is settled.

Redemption: There is no right to redeem after a non judicial foreclosure.
